The Chevrolet Tru 140S Concept is the polar opposite to the Code 130R, with a front-wheel drive platform and cab-forward proportion, which Chevrolet believes translates into an ‘affordable exotic' image. TWO POLICE OFFICERS have helped deliver a baby after being flagged down by a father-to-be in Ipswich.
